Small TIPS: If you already have a old Toolwiz Care in your system, you can just install the new version to overwrite the old one. No need to uninstall the old one before install the new version.

1)Is it free for all users?
Yes, it is. No matter which kind of user you are, No matter where you want to use it, you can use it for free.
2)Should I keep the Toolwiz Care process in the Startup list?
Yes, please keep it in the Startup list and it will show boot time report for you.
3)Why there is a ToolwizTools.exe always running in the background?
This process is used to connect with the Startup-Guard engine. When there is a new item added to your Startup list, it will show a pop Window ask you to keep or deny the change.
4)Why I always get errors after just fixed the errors in few minutes?
In fact, Toolwiz Care is cleaner. The errors for Toolwiz Care means Junk Files, useless Registry Entry, Windows Logs and so on. It can not stop all the running program to create more temp files and logs. What you should do is just clean the system per day or per week.
5)How to install the Toolwiz Care silently?
You can run the installer with the command line like this: Setup.exe /Install
6)Should I uninstall the old version before install the new one?
No, you can just install the new version and overwrite the old one. If you chooese to uninstall the old version, please make sure to restart your system and then install the new version.
7)How to get support from the team?
We recommend you to send a email to James@toolwiz.com. If you met a BSOD, it is better for you to send the system crash dump to the team too.
